Job Title: Administrative Resident

Location: Dallas - Hospital
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to apply graduate-level knowledge in a practical healthcare setting, contributing to patient care and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply theories, concepts, principles, and techniques learned in graduate education under the guidance of the Executive Vice President & Administrator or their designee.
- Utilize a practical understanding of clinical and administrative factors and their interrelations within healthcare organizations.
- Strengthen leadership, judgment, problem-solving, and administrative skills by participating in administrative activities and projects.
- Develop knowledge of health professional activities and the focus of services and programs on patient care.
- Participate in activities assigned or approved by the Executive Vice President & Administrator.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's Healthcare Administration program.
