About the Role
Founder’s Office – Growth & Marketing at Heelium, a company specializing in bamboo-based everyday essentials across apparel, socks, towels, and accessories. This is a full-time commercial execution role with broad ownership, working directly with the Founder to translate strategy into high-quality execution across marketing, brand, design, website, and customer experience. The role involves identifying bottlenecks, aligning teams, and stepping in to ensure speed and quality. The primary goal is to take initiatives from decision to verified result.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaigns and launches: Translate priorities into clear briefs, owners, and timelines. Ensure marketing, creative, website, and CX are ready for launches.
- Website and UX: Identify friction points, coordinate or execute improvements, analyze the customer journey, and measure the impact of changes.
- Customer insight: Transform recurring questions, complaints, and feedback into actionable changes for product presentation, design, and communication.
- Operating rhythm: Build trackers, feedback loops, and decision routines to surface risks early and reduce the need for Founder follow-ups.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, or as a founder or early employee.
- Evidence of hands-on delivery.
- Ability to connect marketing, design, UX, and CX.
- Proven track record of driving outcomes.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
- Clear communication skills.
- High standards for quality, speed, ethics, and accountability.
- Humility to learn.
