Co-Founder with Investment

About the Role

Kikfat Naturals Private Limited is seeking a Co-Founder with Investment to play a key leadership role in shaping strategy, driving revenue, and scaling the business. This full-time, on-site opportunity in Bengaluru is for an entrepreneurial partner who brings both investment and hands-on business-building expertise. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO to build a scalable consumer wellness company.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing sales and marketing strategies
• Expanding corporate sales and B2B partnerships
• Growing HoReCa and home-baker channels
• Scaling D2C and e-commerce
• Strengthening brand positioning
• Supporting fundraising and investor relations
• Overseeing key business operations

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Investment capacity and a genuine commitment to an active co-founder role
• Strong business development, sales and partnership-building skills
• Experience in FMCG, food and beverages, D2C, e-commerce or consumer brands
• Strong analytical, communication, marketing and strategic decision-making skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality and a long-term vision for business growth
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate closely with the founding team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clean-label products, monk fruit sweeteners, wellness or better-for-you food is highly desirable.

Equity participation will be discussed based on investment, experience, responsibilities and strategic contribution.
