Operation and Sales Intern

About the Role

PhysioPlus is building structure, trust, and efficiency in physiotherapy across India by supporting both practitioners and patients. The platform offers a comprehensive clinic management suite, including patient management, billing, digital prescriptions, and smart appointment planning, at an accessible subscription price. PhysioPlus connects patients with verified and skilled physiotherapists based on location, and coordinates priority home visits when needed. The company also focuses on professional development through continuous medical education, clinic setup mentorship, hospital partnerships, and structured training pathways for physiotherapy interns. In addition, PhysioPlus provides international licensure pathways, enabling physiotherapists to expand their careers and consult patients globally.

This is an internship role, based on-site in Jaipur, requiring close interaction with senior team members, physiotherapists, and partner hospitals. The intern is expected to be proactive, organized, and committed to learning about healthcare operations and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily clinic onboarding, data management, and coordination between physiotherapists and the PhysioPlus platform.
• Assist with customer outreach.
• Explain platform features and subscription plans.
• Handle basic inquiries.
• Collect feedback from clinics and patients.
• Help maintain records in clinic management tools.
• Support scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Collaborate with the team on local campaigns to increase platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with physiotherapists, patients, and partners.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, customer outreach, and relationship building, with an interest in healthcare or health-tech services.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, including accurate data entry, documentation, and follow-up on operational tasks.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting; familiarity with MS Office or similar software.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate within a team environment, and adapt to a fast-evolving startup setting.
• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Healthcare Management, Physiotherapy, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in physiotherapy, patient care, and improving healthcare accessibility will be considered an advantage.
