About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of air pollution control and biomass drying projects.
- Ensure adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Prepare project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
- Support site activities such as installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Review engineering drawings, electrical and mechanical layouts, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare technical reports.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3D modeling, MS Project or similar).
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) from an accredited institution.
- Strong Project Engineering and Project Planning skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end engineering projects.
- Competence in Project Management, including scheduling, resource coordination, and risk mitigation.
- Solid Electrical Engineering knowledge, preferably related to industrial equipment, control systems, and power distribution.
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, clients, vendors, and site personnel.
- Experience in industrial projects, preferably in air pollution control, process plants, or related sectors.
- Ability to work on-site, handle multiple assignments, and travel to project locations as required.
