The Opportunity

We’re looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for our customers across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to architect IGA solutions using Saviynt
• Ability to drive IGA projects including project management, team management, client management.
• Experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagements projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
• Engineer, develop, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA tool.
• Develop and build new application integration, account and entitlement connectors, and perform periodic certification reviews in the Saviynt Platform.
• Experience in the development phase for Saviynt components: Build Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, Segregation of Duties.
• Good knowledge in the configuration of workflows in Saviynt IGA tool.
• Good knowledge of configuring birthright rules for user onboarding workflows.
• Involvement in the creation of XML jobs in Saviynt IGA tool.
• Experience in the implementation process, build, and deployment in Saviynt process.
• Report any identified risks within engagements.
• Share any issues and updates with leadership/management on a timely basis.
• Confirm that work is of the highest quality as per EY’s quality standards and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.
• Help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members, and help them to develop.
• Contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities, and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with the overall IAM Program.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional IT certifications are a plus.
