Treasury Operations Analyst

About the Role

• Support day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management and banking activities.
• Assist with monitoring cash activity and ensure transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Support account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.
• Assist with treasury reporting and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Partner with internal teams and banking partners to research and resolve treasury-related questions.
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen day-to-day operations.
• Support special projects and other treasury initiatives.
• Deliver a high level of service while working collaboratively across the team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Banking platforms, treasury management systems, or other financial systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a recently transitioned military veteran, military spouse, or actively serving National Guard or Reservist.
• Interest in finance, treasury, banking, accounting, or financial operations.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with financial information and performing research to resolve discrepancies.
• Naturally curious and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and business partners.
• Possess an innovative mindset and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Previous experience or education in finance, accounting, banking, treasury, or a related field.
• Experience working with financial data, reconciliations, reporting, or cash management.
