About the Role
Juniper Communities is seeking a full-time Activity Associate/Driver for Juniper Village at Bucks County. This role offers daily pay and involves driving community members to various outings and leading engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, planning, and implementation of the Connections program for residents.
- Ensure maximum resident leisure contentment and physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
- Drive community members to shopping, church services, and local outings.
- Lead fitness and engagement opportunities with residents.
- Works closely with Wellness Associates for the implementation of Connections activity programs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Driver's License Required
- Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field (Preferred).
- Previous experience in a healthcare or service-related setting (Preferred).
- Clean Driver's License (Required).
