About the Role

Mediant Labs Inc. is seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic freshers for the role of Quality Assurance Associates in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, analytical thinking abilities, and a eagerness to learn and grow within a quality-focused environment. Exposure to the e-learning industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate digital learning content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Check content for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, formatting issues, and inconsistencies.
• Ensure content meets required quality standards and project guidelines.
• Identify, document, and report errors or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with content developers, instructional designers, and other team members to resolve quality issues.
• Perform quality checks on e-learning modules, assessments, and other digital learning materials.
• Maintain quality checklists and documentation.
• Incorporate feedback and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good proofreading and error-identification skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Checking, Proofreading, or Content Review.
• Exposure to the e-learning industry is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with e-learning content, digital learning modules, or instructional design concepts is desirable.
