About the Role

The Supervisor role at Agrawal Engineer and Rail Infra is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site activities.
• Coordinating teams.
• Ensuring work is executed according to project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitoring progress.
• Resolving on-site issues.
• Maintaining clear communication with engineers, contractors, and management.
• Inspecting work.
• Verifying materials and equipment.
• Preparing basic reports or updates.
• Ensuring adherence to timelines and regulatory guidelines.
• Supporting continuous improvement in site operations.
• Fostering a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise on-site activities, coordinate workforce, and manage daily operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction or infrastructure workflows, preferably in rail or civil engineering projects.
• Knowledge of safety practices, quality standards, and basic compliance requirements for on-site work.
• Competence in basic documentation, reporting, and communication with project stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate with diverse teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Relevant technical education (diploma or degree in engineering or related field) is preferred.
• Prior experience in site supervision or project execution roles in infrastructure or construction is an advantage.
