As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you’ll lead in-store campaigns through strategic customer engagement, sales initiatives, and promotional events—playing a key role in driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and measurable results for our home improvement clients. Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands with professionalism through in-store marketing and promotional campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or similar fast-paced fields is preferred, but not required.
• Strong conversational skills.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.
• Student mentality, self-motivated with a focus on problem-solving.
