About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meet all necessary design responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop RF antenna systems for various applications, including wireless communication, radar, satellite communication, and IoT.
- Conduct electromagnetic simulations and analysis using tools such as CST Microwave Studio, HFSS, or similar software.
- Build physical prototypes for testing and validation.
- Optimize designs for better performance and reduced interference.
- Test prototypes in laboratory or real-world conditions.
- Analyze data from tests to compare with design specifications.
- Document antenna test results, issues, and design improvements.
- Communicate with clients to understand antenna requirements.
- Assist manufacturing teams to ensure cost-effective production.
- Explore new materials or methods for antenna design improvement.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulations (e.g., FCC).
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues.
- Provide ongoing support to maintain optimal antenna function.
- Maintain detailed records of designs, simulations, and test results.
- Prepare reports for internal teams, clients.
