About the Role
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners in local neighborhoods to start conversations and help schedule free in-home consultations. This role focuses on generating interest and making a great first impression, not closing deals. It's an ideal opportunity for first jobs, career changers, and individuals with backgrounds in retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or athletics who enjoy interacting with people.
What You’ll Do
- Work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners.
- Introduce Mad City Windows & Baths' window, bath, and kitchen solutions.
- Create interest and answer basic questions.
- Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Attitude and work ethic are prioritized over extensive resumes.
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Positive, energetic, and goal-motivated.
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Competitive and excited by the opportunity to earn bonuses.
- Comfortable with active work and being outdoors during the day.
- Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods.
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday.
