About the Role

• This is an onsite position in West Fargo, ND.
• Intended to provide exposure to a wide range of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Aims to develop foundational skills in cybersecurity, networking, and systems engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with security monitoring, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Supporting network administration activities, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, documenting network configurations, and assisting with infrastructure upgrades.
• Participating in server, cloud, and endpoint management tasks.
• Helping maintain system documentation, asset inventories, and operational procedures in Halo and BAI.
• Monitoring system health, performance, and operational alerts using PRTG.
• Collaborating with engineers to gain practical experience and support business operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with Halo and BAI for documentation and procedures.
• Familiarity with PRTG for system monitoring.
