About the Role
The Supply Chain Analyst – Retail Inventory is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels across retail locations.
- Track product performance.
- Analyze sales and stock data to support replenishment decisions.
- Prepare demand forecasts.
- Recommend order quantities.
- Coordinate with supply chain and store teams to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts.
- Review inventory reports.
- Identify trends in fast-moving and slow-moving items.
- Update systems with accurate stock information.
- Support promotional and launch planning from an inventory perspective.
- Maintain strong communication with merchandising, operations, and finance to align inventory strategies with business goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong Demand Planning skills with the ability to forecast and plan inventory for retail environments.
- Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting sales, stock, and trend data to support data-driven decisions.
- Clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and store staff.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, including procurement, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
- Practical Inventory Management skills, including stock monitoring, replenishment planning, and loss control.
- Relevant experience in retail, footwear, or fashion, and a strong interest in sneakers and streetwear are advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 11am-8pm
