About the Role
Wissen Infotech is expanding its team and looking for enthusiastic Monitoring Engineers who are passionate about maintaining stable, visible, and high-performing systems while building clean, responsive user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor IT infrastructure using SolarWinds.
- Respond to alerts, ensure system uptime, and escalate issues when required.
- Configure dashboards, onboard devices, and support incident reviews.
- Provide 24×7 shift support with strong documentation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
- Develop custom dashboards to improve system monitoring and visibility.
- Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work hands-on with React or Angular.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience with SolarWinds monitoring.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring and incident management.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and RCA skills.
- Front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with React or Angular.
Preference
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
