Associate/ Senior Associates/ Manager

About the Role

PwC India is hiring for Associate/ Senior Associates/ Manager roles within Risk Assurance Services (RAS) in Mumbai. This is a high growth vertical supporting clients in defining strategy, formulating business objectives, and managing performance while balancing risk and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting Internal Audit/ Process Audit concepts and methodology.
• Understanding Processes, Sub-processes, and Activities and their relationships.
• Performing Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)/ IFC Reviews and developing SOPs.
• Applying Internal control concepts (e.g., Preventive Controls, Detective Controls, Risk Assessment, Anti-fraud Controls).

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS-Office.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA qualification.
• Strong understanding of Internal Audit/ Process Audit concepts and methodology.
• Familiarity with Processes, Sub-processes, and Activities.
• Experience with Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)/ IFC Reviews, SOPs.
• Knowledge of Internal control concepts.
• Clarity of thought, articulation, and expression.
• Ability to take ownership, be sincere, and focus on execution.
• Confident and good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
