About the Role
This is a field role focused on hiring and onboarding new delivery partners (DPs) for Zomato. It involves guiding candidates through the joining process, verifying documents, and preparing them to start work. The role requires basic coordination and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage potential delivery partners through field visits, local campaigns, and referrals.
- Assist candidates with the onboarding process, including app installation, KYC, and training.
- Ensure delivery partners meet Zomato’s eligibility and documentation standards.
- Brief partners on payouts, incentives, app usage, and code of conduct.
- Track daily onboarding numbers and share updates with the TL.
- Support DPs with basic queries or app-related issues during onboarding.
- Target of 3 - 4 onboarding on a daily basis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with app installation and basic troubleshooting.
