About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of the pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit operations teams and system outputs.
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements.
- Identify emerging process performance trends.
- Audit, track, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes.
- Interact with the business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements.
- Work at all levels with an eye for detail to achieve process goals.
- Actively seek to understand Amazon’s core values and translate them into everyday practices.
