About the Role
Circa 11 is hiring a Marketing & Content Executive in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. This is an on-site role requiring flexibility around hospitality hours, as weekends tend to be heavier. The role supports the day-to-day marketing and content needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Shooting photo and video content at Circa
- Editing short-form content and reels
- Supporting day-to-day Instagram content and Stories
- Capturing food, drinks, people, events, and the overall Circa experience
- Helping execute shoots, campaigns, collaborations, and events
- Supporting creator and community outreach when required
- Interacting with guests while capturing content
- Assisting with general marketing execution and coordination
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience with photography and videography
- Strong visual and creative sense
- Comfortable shooting and editing content independently
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop
- Familiarity with Instagram, Reels, and researching content formats
- Genuine interest in food, hospitality, culture, and brands
- Based in Bengaluru and available to work on-site in Indiranagar
- Comfortable with weekend-heavy work when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Well-spoken, confident, and social
- Comfortable approaching and interacting with guests
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently once briefed
Prior F&B or hospitality experience is a plus.
