Management Trainee

About the Role

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility in our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at 3103 S Memorial Dr, Greenville, NC 27834 or one of the surrounding locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put customers first.
• Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, and/or leadership/management.
• Leadership experience can include roles in organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service, athletics, or military service.
• Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions on record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must not have interviewed for the same position at any location in North Carolina within the past 12 months.
