About the Role

We're hiring a Video Editor to create founder-led personal branding content and product videos for Alvoff.AI, Ozyn.AI, and upcoming launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit talking-head videos, interviews, and short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Turn long recordings into engaging clips with strong hooks, pacing, and captions.
• Create product demos, explainers, launch videos, and ad creatives.
• Add motion graphics, sound design, audio cleanup, and colour grading.
• Develop consistent editing styles for the founder and each product.
• Work directly with the founder, marketing, and product teams.
• Manage footage, project files, revisions, and deadlines.
• Improve edits using audience retention and engagement data.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A portfolio demonstrating personal branding, short-form, or product content.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, typography, and motion design skills.
• Ability to make software demos clear through screen recordings, callouts, and animations.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Basic filming, lighting, and audio recording skills.
• Experience with AI video tools.
• Thumbnail and social graphic design skills.
• This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru office.
