About the Role

As a Company Owner at Huscarl (YC P26), you will be fully responsible for the establishment, development, and economic success of the company. In daily work, you will make strategic decisions, define business goals, and monitor their implementation across all company areas. You will manage financial planning, budget responsibility, and investment decisions, develop market and growth strategies, and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, and investors. Furthermore, you will lead and develop the team, create efficient structures and processes, and ensure that legal and regulatory requirements are met.

• This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Company Leadership and Strategy: Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, decision-making, and experience in leading a company or business unit.
• Finance and Controlling: Profound understanding of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and key performance indicator control to ensure economic stability.
• People Management and Organization: Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams, as well as building efficient structures and processes.
• Business Development and Cooperations: Strength in building and maintaining customer and partner networks, negotiation and closing skills, and a strong market and competitive orientation.
• Legal and Organizational Competence: Basic knowledge of corporate law, contract management, and compliance, as well as a structured and responsible work approach.
• Personal Attributes: High self-responsibility, resilience, entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills, and willingness to work on-site in the Pune Division.
• Education and Experience: A completed degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a comparable field is advantageous; several years of relevant professional experience in a leadership or founding role are expected.
