About the Role

Ben and Flow is a creative company specializing in artist management, entertainment curation, and end-to-end creative solutions. This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Bengaluru South.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms.
• Create, edit, plan, and publish content.
• Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to create platform-appropriate content.
• Ability to collaborate with creative and artist management teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong Social Media Marketing skills.
• Strong Social Media Optimisation (SMO) skills.
• Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency with basic analytics tools.

Prior experience in entertainment, media, or creative industries is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
