Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring sales delivery on all décor categories in the geography, including wallpaper and furniture.
• Responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly and annual promise sales figures and category level plans.
• Coordination for material delivery to retailers.
• Responsible for sustenance of the existing network and for network expansion.
• Responsible for monitoring outstanding and collections from customers.
• Interaction with end customers like Architects and interior designers to help aid secondary sales.
• Secondary sales activities such as shop staff training and customer activations.
• Customer handling and resolution and closure of issues.
