About the Role
BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for recent nursing graduates with a passed NCLEX and licensure in the United States. This is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Exploring interests and practicing new skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Current valid nursing license (LPN or RN) in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- Passed NCLEX.
- CPR in good standing.
- Statewise for electronic charting.
