Spring 2027 Clinical Trials Feasibility & Proposals Internship

About the Role

Office-based internship in the Feasibility and Proposals team for Spring 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Become familiar with ICH-GCP guidelines, industry regulations, and Medpace systems.
• Provide day-to-day departmental support activities, including site outreach, visual development in PowerPoint, and proposal finalization and delivery.
• Coordinate and provide summaries for departmental meetings/conference calls.
• Maintain databases/spreadsheets and compile reports to track/document departmental activities.
• Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.
• Support other departments on ad hoc projects.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Organizational skills to perform day-to-day departmental support activities (e.g., shipping, archiving, filing, departmental meeting minutes).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain applicable database systems.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate adequately (written and oral) with other employees.
• Local language skills and an excellent level of English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in progress, in a Life Sciences field.
