Global Security Operations Center Central Station Operator

About the Role

TriCorps is seeking professional and motivated Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Central Station Operators to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. This on-site position involves monitoring video surveillance, alarm systems, and incident activity to ensure client property safety and security. As a key communication point, you will handle alarm response, dispatch coordination, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor video surveillance and alarm systems for multiple client sites.
• Respond promptly to alarm signals and follow on-screen instructions to verify and assess alerts.
• Place outgoing calls to confirm alarm activity, dispatch appropriate authorities, and notify designated contacts.
• Accurately document all responses, communications, and actions taken within the alarm monitoring software.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, field personnel, and responding agencies.
• Assist with additional GSOC and operational support duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Windows and related programs.
• Ability to type a minimum of 20 words per minute.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Dependable work ethic and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work weekends or alternate shifts as needed.
• Call center or central station experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid State Driver's License.

Work Environment

• This position is on-site in Oklahoma.
• May include weekends or alternate shift schedules.
