About the Role

Decathlon is looking for passionate individuals who practice sports and enjoy helping others discover and pursue their favorite sport.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a WOW Customer Experience:
• Greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Interact and engage with customers.
• Promote sports by engaging customers through sports communities.
• Practice your sport and inspire customers to join sports communities.
• Stay informed and encourage customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities related to their interests.
• Ensure customers are satisfied.
• Propose the right products & services depending on customer needs.
• Use all channels (in-store, .in, App) to satisfy customer needs.
• Propose relevant services (buyback, repair & maintenance, personalisation).
• Ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Make yourself available to customers.
• Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer sports practice experience.
• Ensure product availability through reliable, up-to-date, and responsible inventory to support omnichannel availability.
• Ensure signages are updated for customers (Self-informed best choice).
• Be accountable for delivery.
• Create a WOW Store Experience:
• Ensure the layout is best in class, safe, welcoming, seductive, and engaging.
• Ensure customers can test all solutions.
• Know and highlight the best omnichannel offer (offline and online).
• Know the complete offer in-store and online.
• Ensure customers can find the entire range of products for their sports practice (in-store or online).
• Suggest the best possible solution to customers as per their needs.
• Ensure all necessary services for their sport are available to customers.
• Highlight the Circular offer and relevant services.

Qualifications

• You are a person who would love to work with people and enjoy collective decision-making.
• You practice sports and are a passionate sports lover.
• You love to interact, assist, and guide people.
• Keen to learn, adapt, take feedback, and make progress.
• Comfortable using digital tools and apps.
