About The Role
- Support infrastructure in our Data Center.
- Assist with different teams in the IT organization.
- Report to the Network Services Manager.
- Located at our Cranberry facility.
- Paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Support data center operations, including server installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient and secure communication systems.
- Help with cable management and organization within the data center.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of infrastructure components.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Completed Sophomore year of college.
- Understanding of networking concepts, data center operations, and telecom infrastructure.
- Experience in Networking or Firewalls.
- CCNA certification.
