About the Role
The Management Training Program at CED/Royal Industrial Solutions is a comprehensive, 24-month rotational development program designed to build the next generation of leaders. This structured experience prepares individuals for long-term success, with the ultimate goal of becoming a top B2B sales leader or running your own business within CED. Trainees will gain hands-on exposure to all facets of the industrial automation industry, including Cybersecurity, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Solar & Sustainability. The program develops both technical foundation and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning all aspects of the CED business
- Attending classes in various locations
- Communicating – both written and spoken – in English
- Gain hands-on exposure to:
- Electrical and Automation Fundamentals
- Warehouse Operations
- Supplier Product Training
- Customer Inventory Management
- B2B Sales & Relationship Development
- Corporate Administration
- IT Systems
- Quality Assurance
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Energetic self-starters
- Sales-driven
- Geographically flexible
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to walk and/or sit for 8-10 hours a day
- Lift boxes and other objects up to 40 lbs
- Working Conditions:
- In person at the local profit center location
- Team environment
- Conditions vary based on segment: warehouse, office, and external environments.
- Activities may include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions.
- Office segments may include sitting for extended periods.
- Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (grad by start date, or in pursuit for interns)

- Strong written and oral communication skills

Compensation
- $60,000-$65,000 annually
