Clinical Systems Analyst

About the Role

Alignerr is seeking experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to apply their healthcare IT knowledge to AI development. This role involves partnering with AI research teams to build more accurate AI models. It offers an opportunity to influence how AI understands clinical workflows, medical terminology, and hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital operations.
• Apply troubleshooting and system optimization knowledge to assess the accuracy of AI outputs against real-world clinical environments.
• Review and critique AI responses involving EHR systems, clinical applications, and healthcare infrastructure.
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated clinical IT content.
• Translate hands-on clinical systems experience into structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Skilled in technical troubleshooting, system testing, and performance optimization within clinical environments.
• Ability to bridge the gap between clinical workflows and technical systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to deliver quality work independently.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards.
• Background working across multiple healthcare settings or system types.
