Bench Sales Recruiter

About the Role

Vision Square INC is seeking energetic and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters to join their teams in Noida. The role involves marketing IT consultants, building client relationships, identifying requirements, submitting profiles, negotiating rates, and supporting successful placements within the US IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Market available IT consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors.
• Identify suitable contract requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other sourcing channels.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors, clients, recruiters, and implementation partners.
• Submit consultant profiles against suitable job requirements.
• Follow up on submitted profiles and coordinate interviews with vendors and clients.
• Negotiate consultant rates and contract terms.
• Maintain an active database of consultants, vendors, client contacts, and requirements.
• Work with consultants on resume preparation, profile positioning, and marketing strategy.
• Generate new vendor contacts through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Maintain regular communication with consultants throughout the marketing and placement process.
• Track daily submissions, interviews, feedback, and placements.
• Work towards individual and team submission and placement targets.
• Coordinate with recruiters and internal teams when required.
• Maintain accurate reports related to submissions, interviews, placements, and vendor activity.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0–5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales, US Staffing, Recruitment, IT Sales, or related roles.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and similar platforms.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate/profile marketing.
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms such as CEIPAL, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar systems (Preferred).

Qualifications

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of the US staffing industry will be preferred.
• Knowledge of C2C, W2, and 1099 employment/tax terms.
• Understanding of US visa categories such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, and USC.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, email marketing, and vendor follow-ups.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
• Comfortable working onsite from Noida.
• Previous experience in US IT Bench Sales or US Staffing (Preferred).
• Existing vendor or client network will be an advantage (Preferred).
• Experience working with direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners (Preferred).
• Understanding of common IT technologies and consultant skill sets (Preferred).
• Strong rate-negotiation and consultant-marketing skills (Preferred).
