AI Data Labeling Specialist (Nepali)

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented native or bilingual speakers in Nepali to join our team for a high-impact AI language project. In this role, you will actively annotate original, natural, and grammatically precise language content to help train next-generation AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Language & Content Generation: Draft accurate, fluent, and culturally authentic responses for AI prompts based on project guidelines.
• Prompt Execution: Complete targeted assignments consisting of a prompt followed by related questions.
• Quality & Nuance: Ensure all written output strictly adheres to native-speaker phrasing, natural sentence flow, and precise grammar standards.
• Self-Management: Review project guidelines independently and manage your workload effectively to meet assigned deadlines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Language Expertise: Native or near-native fluency in Nepali and English, with exceptional written communication and grammar skills (emphasis on active language production and native fluency).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently annotate high-quality, authentic text across multiple prompts and questions.
• Tech Readiness: Comfortable using digital platforms, online forms, and web-based workspace tools.
• Time Management: Strong organization skills with the ability to manage task volumes independently.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Prior experience in copywriting, translation, content creation, or AI data generation/annotation is a plus.

A paid training will be provided, followed by an assessment before you are added to the production phase.

As an AI Data Labeling Specialist, your work may occasionally involve exposure to sensitive, complex, or potentially challenging content topics within the prompts. It is essential that you are comfortable handling such material professionally and objectively to help build safer, higher-quality AI systems.
