About the Role

Join Data Eminence as a remote Data Analyst and contribute to transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. You will work on data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and reporting using modern analytical tools and technologies. This role provides hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboard development, statistical techniques, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Use Excel, Python, or other analytical tools for data processing.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and basic statistical analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
• Automate repetitive reporting and data preparation tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards.
• Prepare presentations and summaries of analytical findings.
• Support data quality and accuracy initiatives.
• Document analytical processes, assumptions, and methodologies.
• Explore AI-assisted analytical tools to improve productivity.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data analysis fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy.
• Understanding of data cleaning and preprocessing.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present analytical findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
