About the Role

As an Experienced Associate - Organizational Change Management at PwC's Acceleration Center India, you will support client transformation efforts by developing change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement approaches, and learning solutions. You will help assess change impacts, readiness, and stakeholder needs, create personas and journey maps, identify barriers to adoption, and develop materials that support communication and training efforts across organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting change impact, readiness, and stakeholder assessments to shape engagement plans
• Developing change management strategies, communications, and leadership and end user messaging for transformation initiatives
• Creating personas and journey maps to reflect stakeholder needs across client groups
• Identifying barriers to change and developing mitigation actions to support adoption
• Establishing performance measures to track progress of change initiatives and adoption outcomes
• Designing training needs analyses and learning plans that support implementation activities
• Building slide decks and storyboards that present complex information in a clear, audience-focused format
• Applying change management frameworks, business analysis, and process mapping to guide delivery tasks
• Adapting to shifting priorities, time zones, and ambiguous project conditions while supporting client work
• Contributing to proposal development, internal research, and the use of digital tools and AI-enabled methods to improve delivery

Requirements & Tech Stack

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Change management framework knowledge supporting client transformations
• Designing communication plans for stakeholder engagement and adoption
• Conducting change impact, readiness, and stakeholder assessments
• Developing personas, journey maps, and learning plans
• Translating complex change concepts into clear messaging
• Working in fast-paced consulting settings with flexibility

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, Psychology
• Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci, or any certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Solutions, are considered a plus.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
• Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools for productivity
