About the Role

The Equity Research Associate supports the investment team through fundamental research on global equities. The role works closely with portfolio managers and analysts to support investment decisions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Analyzing financial statements
• Building financial models

• Identifying new investment opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills
• Understanding of financial statements, valuation, and equity markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
• CFA candidate or progress toward the designation is a plus
• Passion for global growth investing and continuous learning

Tech Stack / Tools

• Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar research platforms is a plus
