About the Role
ISHUE, a contemporary luxury womenswear label based in Mumbai, is looking for a freelance Shopify & E-commerce Operations Specialist to streamline and optimize our online store and backend operations. This is a freelance, project-based role focused on improving our existing Shopify store and backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve website design, user experience, and conversions
- Optimize product pages and mobile shopping experience
- Set up automated GST invoicing and order documentation
- Streamline shipping, fulfilment, and tracking processes
- Improve inventory and order management
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth website functionality
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and conversion optimisation
- Familiarity with GST invoicing and shipping integrations in India
- Knowledge of website speed, mobile optimisation, and SEO basics
- Ability to identify technical issues and independently implement solutions
- Experience working with fashion, luxury, or D2C brands preferred
