About the Role
- Vollzeit position at Evergrün Kaprun - a part of Alpenhaus Hotels & Resorts
- Start date: November 15, 2026, or by agreement
- Salary: Starting from €2,500 gross per month
Key Responsibilities
- Support and assistance in all aspects of building services (Haustechnik)
- Specific tasks within your specialized area (e.g., Elektrik, Installation)
- Monitoring orderliness and cleanliness in all technical areas
- Maintenance of bath and sauna facilities (if qualified)
- Control and acceptance of third-party work for repairs
- Maintenance of outdoor areas
- Snow removal as needed
- Daily tasks including waste disposal, glass recycling, and rounds
- Luggage and shuttle service as needed
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ideally, a completed apprenticeship in a trade profession or relevant experience
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Team player
- Physically resilient
- Experience or apprenticeship as a bath and sauna attendant
- Training as a fire warden (Brandwart)
- Ability to remain calm and prioritize in stressful situations
- Manual dexterity and interest in all areas
- Driver's license class B
- Very good German language skills and ideally English
- Physically and mentally fit
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship in a trade profession or corresponding experience
- Experience or qualification as a Bade- & Saunawart
- Training as a Brandwart
