About the Role
Six Phrase | Veranda is hiring for a Training Operations Executive (Junior). This is an office and on-field job.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Educational Institutions and execute the Training Programs.
- Manage the workload of trainers and streamline the training operations.
- Effectively communicate with colleges, trainers, and management.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal and freelance trainers for the flawless execution of training programs.
- Ensure that all training programs are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training program documentations.
- Hire Full Time Trainers for seamless execution of the training programs.
- Hire Freelance Trainers for seamless execution of the training programs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Passion for driving business.
- Fluency in English Communication.
- Flair for marketing and travelling.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- New client acquisition.
- Understanding client training requirements and suggesting appropriate training solutions.
- Client Servicing.
- Coordinate with Ops teams & clients on a regular basis to execute training smoothly.
- Feedback management.
- Revenue generation.
- Consistently meeting quarterly and half-yearly targets.
- New business development.
- Possess a strong understanding of products & services, industry competition, and positioning.
- Candidate must own a personal laptop and Two/Four Wheeler.
