Spinacho is an early-stage food platform based in Pune, connecting customers with carefully selected food options and restaurant partners. We are building a distinctive platform focused on product curation, customer experience, and brand building. We are interested in understanding consumer behaviour and creating better food experiences that fit into people's everyday lives. As we grow, we are also exploring opportunities to develop our own products and expand our offerings. We are at an early stage, which means there is significant scope to shape the business, experiment with ideas, and build systems from the ground up. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, contribute to important business decisions, and help shape Spinacho's future.

About the Role

We are looking for a potential co-founder with an interest in management, business strategy, and entrepreneurship who wants to help build a startup from the ground up. You will work closely with the founder on business strategy, operations, partnerships, growth, and execution. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, taking responsibility, and turning ideas into action. We are looking for someone who wants to help build the business, make decisions, and take ownership of its growth rather than simply complete assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Strategy: Identify growth opportunities, develop business plans, and help prioritise business goals.
• Business Development: Explore partnerships with restaurants, fitness clubs, sports communities, and other relevant businesses.
• Operations: Build and improve processes for partner coordination, logistics, and customer experience.
• Growth and Marketing: Develop and test ideas to attract customers, strengthen brand awareness, and grow the business.
• Product Development: Contribute ideas to improve the platform and explore opportunities for new products.
• Team Building: Help recruit, coordinate, and support interns and future team members.
• Problem-Solving: Identify business challenges, evaluate solutions, and take ownership of important tasks.
• Execution: Translate ideas and plans into action, track progress, and work towards business goals.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone currently based in Pune who can collaborate with the founder in person when required.
• A background in management, business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in building a business.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Interest in business strategy, operations, partnerships, marketing, or consumer brands.
• Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and is comfortable with uncertainty.
• A willingness to learn, experiment, adapt, and take responsibility in an early-stage startup.
• Someone who is interested in contributing to the business over the long term.

Prior startup experience is helpful but not mandatory. We value initiative, commitment, practical thinking, and the ability to execute.
