About the Role

The Site Supervisor role at R S Interiors is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day activities at project locations, including coordinating workers, monitoring progress, and ensuring that interior work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities at project locations.

• Manage materials and equipment on site.
• Track timelines.
• Report status and issues to project managers or leadership.
• Interact with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Resolve on-site challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company procedures.
• Support inspections, documentation, and handover processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to supervise on-site construction and interior fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to plans, quality standards, and timelines.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and workers, including managing labor allocation and daily task assignments.
• Strong skills in site documentation, basic reporting, and communication with project managers and clients.
• Knowledge of safety practices, site housekeeping, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and measurements.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site issues calmly and efficiently.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in interior projects, construction supervision, or related field is preferred.
