About the Role
We are looking for energetic and motivated Customer Success Associates with a background in Motor Insurance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling outbound calls and providing sales advisory support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls and assist customers efficiently.
- Provide advisory services related to Motor Insurance.
- Manage objections effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu.
- Strong objection-handling skills.
Qualifications
- Any Graduation (Mandatory)
Notice Period: 15 days to immediate joiner
Experience in customer support voice process (B2B, Sales, or Motor Insurance) is preferred.
