About the Role

Metro Vein Centers is seeking high-caliber, growth-minded physicians for its 1-Year Physician Apprentice Program. This program offers intensive clinical immersion, rapid procedural mastery, and broad exposure across the national network, serving as a launchpad into a full-time, high-earning Physician role.

Program Overview

Spend one year embedded in the Metro Vein Centers network, receiving robust, hands-on training from top vein specialists. You will serve as a key regional resource, filling clinical gaps for vacations, leaves, and busy seasons. High-performing physicians will be matched into a permanent, full-time MVC Clinic Leader position ($400,000–$650,000+ base/earning potential) upon program completion.

What You'll Do

• Clinical Training & Practice: Master state-of-the-art, minimally invasive venous procedures (e.g., endovenous ablations, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, microphlebectomies) under elite mentorship.
• Network & Gap Coverage: Serve as a vital clinical team member across regional/national clinics to cover planned physician PTO, parental leave, and seasonal surges.
• Multi-State Credentialing: With administrative and financial support, get credentialed across multiple states, gaining clinical experience across diverse patient populations.
• Transition to Clinic Lead: Prepare to lead your own permanent clinic location upon completion of the 1-year apprentice program.

Who You Are

• MD or DO degree (Open to recent residency graduates or early-career physicians looking to pivot specialties).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in your primary specialty.
