About the Role
The role focuses on software development and energy systems. This is a 6-month co-op assignment within the Engineering Research & Development department.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and port code for a next generation controller platform.
- Work with the team developing the next generator platform for RF and DC Power Generators.
- Port application code from an older platform to a newer platform using C++.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with C++ programming language
- Familiarity with VHDL
- Familiarity with Matlab
- Familiarity with Python
Qualifications
- Current 3rd or 4th Year Engineering Student
Location: Rochester, NY
Compensation: $26.00–$35.00 per hour
