About the Role
Precise3DM is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Application Engineer for its Additive Manufacturing team. The role involves working with industrial 3D printing technologies, engineering materials, and customer-specific manufacturing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate FDM and DLP 3D printers.
- Review CAD files (STL/STEP) and assess print feasibility.
- Select suitable materials and optimize printing parameters.
- Handle engineering polymers, including PEEK and other high-performance materials.
- Troubleshoot printing issues and ensure print quality.
- Perform post-processing and dimensional inspections.
- Provide technical support and coordinate with customers.
- Maintain production records and equipment documentation.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, Polymer Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of 3D printing technologies and slicing software.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with PEEK and high-performance polymers will be an added advantage.
