About the Role
- We are seeking a skilled UiPath Developer to support the development of RPA automations for Personal and Commercial insurance workflows.
- The role requires hands-on development, integrations, debugging, deployment support, and close collaboration with lead developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain UiPath automation workflows using Sequences, Flowcharts, and State Machines, including validations, data handling, and exception scenarios.
- Implement integrations using REST APIs, web services, JSON, Excel, desktop applications, and enterprise systems.
- Develop reusable components using REFramework and libraries while adhering to coding and development standards.
- Implement exception handling, retry mechanisms, logging, Queues, Assets, and configuration files.
- Package and deploy solutions across development, test, and production environments.
- Monitor bots using UiPath Orchestrator, analyze logs, troubleshoot failures, and resolve support issues.
- Support UAT and production activities, including defect fixes and enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain workflow designs, mapping documents, and technical process documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on expertise in UiPath and RPA development.
- Strong experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Knowledge of workflow development using Sequences, Flowcharts, and State Machines.
- Practical understanding of variables, arguments, control flow, exception handling, Queues, Assets, and Config files.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON handling, integration patterns, and data transformation.
- Good debugging, troubleshooting, and production-support skills.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, Git, or another version-control system.
- Insurance domain exposure, particularly P&C, Personal Auto, or Home insurance, is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
