Functional Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Functional Trainee. This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the training team to develop and deliver functional training programs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking and lending operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems, such as CRM and accounting tools.
