About the Role

Lyfpal Technologies Private Limited is seeking fresh graduates to join their Project Delivery Team as Business Analysts. This role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with international clients, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Perfectly understanding client requirements and exact deliverables.
• Planning and defining project milestones and intermediate delivery cycles.
• Briefing domain experts on schedules and deliverable details.
• Coordinating with clients based in the UK.
• Delivering intermediate drafts to clients ahead of schedule.
• Gathering client feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Communicating feedback to delivery experts and planning final deadlines.
• Validating the quality of work and releasing final deliverables to the client.
• Learning client feedback to ensure over-delivery.
• Successfully closing projects from both client and expert perspectives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Flawless English Communication is a MUST.
• 100% fluency in English due to UK-based clients.
• Complete availability when required by the client or experts.
• Hardworking and intelligent freshers with good to awesome communication skills.
• Natural ability to make quick decisions, problem-solve, and coordinate.
• Passion to lead and a sense of responsibility to over-deliver and delight clients.

• Fresher's only.
• Any Graduation.
