About the Role

Intuvia Technologies is looking for ambitious, career-driven individuals to start a career in US IT staffing as an IT Recruiter (Night Shift). This role involves marketing IT consultants to US clients and vendors, with comprehensive training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC) to vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients across the US.
• Search and identify suitable job requirements from vendor distribution lists, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), and VMS platforms.
• Match consultant profiles to open positions based on skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
• Submit consultant resumes to vendors and clients, negotiate rates, and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a growing network of vendors and prime vendors.
• Follow up on submissions, track interview pipelines, and assist with onboarding.
• Keep the internal database/CRM updated with consultant availability, submissions, and placement status.
• Work closely with the recruitment and account management teams to maximize placement ratios.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong English communication (spoken and written).
• Confident, persistent, and comfortable with outbound calls and email outreach.
• Quick learner eager to understand US visa categories, IT technologies, and the staffing business model.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Exposure to ATS, VMS, or job portals is a bonus.
• Willing to work night shifts (US time zones) in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate (any stream).
• Zero experience required; full training provided on bench sales, US staffing, visa types, and IT technologies.
